Magnetics relays start problem bmw ix 80kw/h battery

I try to start bmw ix battery via lilygo with can fd. Already have communication with inverter snd battery. But no success with magnetic relays. I don’t have voltage.

I need help with wiring inside battery.

Should i take black, blue, grey and brown wires out of molex connector?
Maybe some one did already and can give me a hint?

Or maybe i don’t have HV output, couse crash faults in bms?

Crash locked is no problem on iX, since we bypass contactor control and have BE control it directly.

Post some pictures how you have done the contactor control wiring!

if your pack was crashed and the pyro fuses are blown, they need to be replaced. one of them actually goes short instead of open.

fuses should only cost ~130usd.

I already check those fuses, but look on pictures. One one the top is close circ and two pyro is open circ

And why if no of power cables is connected voltage reading is 655v. Actual battery voltage is 340

65535 is Hex 0xFFFF meaning voltage not available, most likely broken pyro fuse?
