tnsnames support inside docker

Can we have tnsnames.ora file support when using docker version?
It would be great if the file could be copied from external path passed as a new environment parameter to a $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/ path

somethnig like this:
COPY local-computer-path\tnsnames.ora $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/

In my project we use multiple db servers to develop our project. It would be usefull to be able to pass this version of connect string:
"ORACLE_CONNECTION_STRING":"schema_name/${input:db-password}@friendly_name",
instead ot:
"ORACLE_CONNECTION_STRING":"schema_name/${input:db-password}@servername.location.domain:port_number/db_service",
in a mcp.json file.
Its hard to remember servername.location.domain, port_number, db_service for every machine we use.
The first version is only allowed by oracle if there is a tnsnames.ora file in a $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/ path

FOLLOW UP:
Actually I have added these lines to the dockerfile and built it locally:

ENTRYPOINT ["bash", "-c"]
CMD ["cp /app/${CACHE_DIR}/tnsnames.ora ${ORACLE_HOME}/network/admin/tnsnames.ora && uv run main.py"]

After mounting local windows folder as CACHE_DIR (helps for cache persistance) I can now put my tnsnames.ora into this external cache folder and have it copied into conainer. This solves my issue.
