HTTP/SSE (FastMCP) support for Oracle MCP server

Hi 👋 thanks for sharing oracle-mcp-server, really cool project!
Quick question: right now it looks like it runs in stdio mode by default, but in in my setup
run it as a long-lived service in Docker (HTTP/SSE, e.g. --transport=sse --host 0.0.0.0 --port 8096) so can connect via MCPClient.

Do you think adding HTTP/SSE support is on the roadmap?
It would help me (and others for sure) plug Oracle into multi-agent/MCP stacks more easily. 🙏🙏🙏

I'd love to add HTTP/SSE support but I am unsure I have the bandwidth. I am always happy to collaborate on that, review any PRs and integrate functionality developed by the community.
