It would be nice to be able to configure the colors for different types of tokens.

Is it supported already? If so, it would be nice if it would be described somewhere.

This is not supported yet, but it is a planned feature.
Meanwhile you can change token color/style from autoload/dyevim/ft/cpp.vim
