Describe the feature

I was able to open PR against dbt-labs/dbt-snowflake and found out that repo is deprecated.
How would it be possible to add something similar here?

Hello @aas47 ! I'm the product manager for the Adapters team. I kindly ask that you do not tag our adapter engineers as I am the one who triages our issues initially and I want to protect our engineers' focus time.

For this - could you open your PR against this repository? We have migrated to an monorepo approach (more information here #378)

Apologies for tagging the engineer.

The issue #378 doesn't help much as I'm unable to find where docker push happens for this image ghcr.io/dbt-labs/dbt-snowflake after the migration into this particular repo.

The change I pointed to in the initial message works well when using docker build-push-action, but in this particular repo, I'm not able to figure out where the container build process is running from.
