Similar to
[here](https://docs.getdbt.com/community/resources/getting-help#dbt-cloud-support),
it would be helpful to have more explicit instructions
[here](https://docs.getdbt.com/docs/dbt-support#dbt-cloud-support) for
how to reach dbt Cloud support so that users know exactly what to do.

Open to edits to this PR that reach the goal!
