Use jinja templates to generate run reports #12

For the use case library, we want to have a simple Jinja template that reports:

  • Status of the build (green/red button or panel)
  • Output from the log of the build, wrapped in <pre> tags
  • Link to where you can view the documentation built from that particular build

Related: #8 (include output from mkdocs in output of build)
