Update Number Stepper Component

Number stepper width is set to 3 grid columns and aligned to the left of their content container.

• Discussion Callout: We should consider a max-width for those because they look visually off once they get wide. My suggestion is a 200px max width. Strong belief, loosely held.

Design has been updated so that the interactive buttons use the same raised dimension effect as other interactive elements. Input text has been centered.

For steppers that include a unit, use the same component as our regular input fields that contain units at the end. The input values are centered in the remaining space of the component.
