We already have in place a feature called AvatarModifierArea. It is an area that, when avatars enter, they are modified in some way.

The idea would be to add a new modifier that forces the camera mode inside an area.

To think/discuss: should this modifier requiere permissions from the user? If so, then what about existing ones?
