uds remove does not indicate error when not connected to cluster #1135

Device and OS: Darwin
App version: v0.26.2
Kubernetes distro being used: k3d
Other:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run a uds remove command when not connected to a cluster/without a kubeconfig

Expected result

I would have expected the CLI to return an error related to not being able to connect to the cluster.

Actual Result

uds remove ./bundles/test/uds-bundle-uds-standard-arm64-0.38.0.tar.zst --confirm
