Add comprehensive performance monitoring system.

Current State:
Basic logging without detailed analytics.

Desired State:

llm analytics \
    --period "last-month" \
    --metrics "accuracy,latency,cost" \
    --format dashboard

Required Features:

  • Usage statistics
  • Performance metrics
  • Cost analysis
  • Quality assessment
  • Trend visualization

Priority: Medium
