[Feature] Add in hatched and dotted symbology #130

- I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this feature
- I am requesting a straightforward extension of existing Dekart functionality, rather than a Big Idea better suited to a discussion

Beyond simple fill add in more symbology options for polygon layers.

doesn't appear to be any
Who will this benefit?
Presenting overlapping polygons does not visually work without the option of having hatches/dots of the top layer polygon.
