Make available in Chrome Web Store

It would be very helpful to publish this directly to the Chrome Web Store to make it simple to install this plugin (and allow the plugin to be easy to sync to other Chrome Browsers that I log into)

I had wanted to hold off until you could swap out your own template, but maybe I should just bite the bullet and do this as-is with changing the URL as a future feature
