Start GithubDesktop-dev with the desktop-notifications extension logs the error:

[desktop-notifications] [error] Failed to initialize with RO_INIT_MULTITHREADED: -2147417850

System:
OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100

This seems to be normal, so I guess we can just remove that log line.

Yeah, I was a little confused by a short Google search as nobody seems to care and also notifications are working.

Removing sounds fair, I guess.
