Re-arranging authors in interface not preserved in PDF output

I the drag-and-drop interface to rearrange the order of authors, but on export the order is not preserved.

I couldn't reproduce this problem. Did you make sure the changes were saved before to export your document?

Hmm. I just tried it again, and it seems to have worked fine. But since the rearrangement was the first thing I did (before adding any text), I'm not sure that the process worked. It was obviously saving as I went along. Hard to replicate for sure due to #29.
