Images missing from export

All of my images are missing from the PDF and HTML exports: captions etc. are there, but images themselves appear as crosses or question marks in the PDF viewer or browser. The images are visible from the editor and also when viewed online at the URL provided by the Review PDF, so they must have uploaded successfully onto the server but are presumably not being embedded in the export.

Thanks for the quick response. I tried TIFF, JPG and PDF but all had the same result.
