Previous document URL versions are not preserved

After the problem in #29 I decided to use the old version of the Review PDF to submit (since I had only made a slight adjustment to the metadata). Unfortunately, the URL on that PDF (http://dhwriter.org/paper/1383318361.342.415.2.html) now leads to a 503 page.

I think it would be useful to preserve prior URLs for exported documents in the event of something like this happening again.

Actually they should be preserved, but here the checksum got corrupted somehow.
The correct archived URL for this version of your document would have been http://dhwriter.org/paper/1383319035.342.415.2.html

I will address this as an urgent issue.

That URL does not display the text as it was when I exported it. The PDF that I submitted had all of the text still. See attached image as evidence.

So that suggests that there is still something strange happening.
