Aims/objectives.

The planned download feature has been relegated. For a next release, do we want to include it? This could be as simple as providing selected DB dumps (and/or other format), e.g. download all modifications in Sci-ModoM, or all reported sites in human, etc.

A clear and concise description of todo items.

Is a Download View a plus?
