A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Upon upload, if the sunburst update fails, the whole upload fails with HTTP status 500 - please contact the system administrator. In fact, dataset is created, and data records are successfully written to the DB, so this should not affect
the user. We need to handle this differently.
