modification_type definition and usage. #181
Description
On import, modification_type and annotation tags are not validated. modification_type is by default RNA, and hard coded more or less everywhere. We need a plan how to handle this, and think about a natural extension to other RNA types. See also dieterich-lab/euf-specs#3
For the record, the original definition was not very clear, and somehow meant to be a distinction between genomics and transcriptomics data, which doesn't really make sense anyway.
