GET https://scimodom.dieterichlab.org/api/v0/modification/query?modification=3&organism=5&technology[]=6&rnaType=WTS&taxaId=9606&firstRecord=0&maxRecords=5

• modification, organism, and technology[] are not validated, i.e. non-existing values, or combination thereof, can return an empty list. Should we handle this, and how would this affect query time?
• technology[] is not required, but it should.

Why do we need taxaId and rnaType? This is hidden in modification and orgamism, see #192 .
