When hosting a Jitsi instance in an environment configured to redirect to an Identity Provider (IDP) for authentication at the start of a meeting, the moderator side panel consistently fails to appear. This issue seems to be directly related to the IDP redirection process, as it only occurs when attempting to initiate a meeting, triggering the authentication flow.
Steps To Reproduce
Set up a Jitsi instance in an environment with IDP redirection for user authentication.
Attempt to start a meeting to trigger the IDP authentication process.
Observe the behavior of the moderator side panel during and after the authentication process.

The moderator side panel should be accessible and visible once the meeting starts, regardless of the IDP redirection process.
