There is no version restricted search

Current behaviour

As noted by @cgrigis-da:

• I open the docs at https://docs.daml.com/, I get by default the version v2.9.4.
• I use the dropdown to change to 2.8.10. I can navigate within the 2.8.10 version.
• I enter a query in the search box and press enter. I am back in 2.9.4, and any links I click point to the v2.9.4 docs.

Desired behaviour

The documentation search should

• restrict the search to the currently selected documentation version
• make the search scope obvious
