Enumerator-Level Graph Improvements

With 62 enumerators in the test data, the current graph isn’t very clear. I think no one graph would be good to show any trends for 62 categories. Maybe this can be grouped by another category? So instead of one graph it can be one graph per province? (assuming enumerators are distributed by province)
