Refreshing page on timer

**Description:**
Some documents require the ability to refresh certain pages on a specified timer.

**Expected behavior:**
There should be a possibility to set `refreshTimeout` on a specific page (for example in frontmatter). Once in `refreshTimeout` seconds this page should be reloaded
