/docs is no longer pulling from an auto complete, so releases require re-publishing of commands to update the available version choices
a) make refresh command do that
b) use a (manual?) github action (and remove the command)

decide on which approach to use and implement it

(b) is not feasible, as the docs command also depends on the in-process version cache, which cannot be accessed from the action without opening up some api, which is overkill
this will remain as restricted command in the hub server
