For some time the installation package contains a file not mentioned in the description of the installation process. If the KeeAgent.dll is needed then the description should include information on how to proceed with it, otherwise, it shouldn't be provided. As it is a file not mentioned anywhere, it seems suspicious ;-)
Also, I found a copy of the file in many different Windows locations. Where is its presence legitimate?

Since a year or two ago, Dominic (KeePass author) has recommended that Plugins should prefer .dll over .plgx. So we provide both now. KeePass will use the .dll if it can and fall back to the .plgx if the .dll can't be loaded.
And, yes, would be good to update the KeeAgent docs with this. (Pull requests welcome 😄)
