[bug] The "Kubernetes / Views / Pods" dashboard doesn't allow a cluster level breakdown it selects all clusters by default #138

Describe the bug

The "Kubernetes / Views / Pods" dashboard doesn't allow a cluster level breakdown it selects all clusters by default with value .*
In a situation where the grafana is federated and serves multiple
If we do not have the cluster level break down it becomes difficult to identify which clusters these pods belong to.
Adding a better definition for the cluster variable helps in drilling down to the right pods.

How to reproduce?

Launch dashboard "Kubernetes / Views / Pods"
You will see

You should see cluster drill down option as well
