Reanable option to set the SKU and other settings to SQL Again

In the pre .NET 9 release.

I believe the code to a SQL database with a specific sku was:

var sqlDatabase = builder.AddSqlServer("sql-server") .WithDataVolume() .PublishAsAzureSqlDatabase((_, _, _, sqlDatabases) => { foreach (var db in sqlDatabases) { db.Properties.Sku = new SqlSku("S0") { Tier = "Standard" }; } }) .AddDatabase("test");

but now there is no overload to create situations like that .

var sqlDatabase = builder.AddAzureSqlServer("sql") .RunAsContainer(x => x.WithLifetime(ContainerLifetime.Persistent)) .AddDatabase("test");

Describe the solution you'd like

add to option to add overloads on the salutation or set in on the database.

db.addInfrastructure() to set the SKU
