Will there be an RC3? I'm blocked on publishing an app to production (as per the go-live license) - having migrated to RC2 it's tricky to get back to RC1. Tried nightly sdk install, lost all working .net and then spent the day trying to restoring my machine lol.

The blockers are the various failures after publishing as per:

#64083
#64028

I realize you guys will be under pressure to release the RTM, just wanted to check these issues are actually resolved before that goes fully live, if there is a trick to testing that (with Visual Studio Insiders) please let me know.

Workaround for .NET 10 RC2 here: #64049 (comment). But this is now fixed in the stable .NET 10 release! 🎉
