[BUG] Failing Update OTA Repository action

Description

Since the Action is failing we haven't been getting the latest OTA updates.

Steps to reproduce

Look at the github action logs, seems like some files are not in the expected directory.

Expected behavior
Action to pass so we can get OTA updates.

Actual behavior
Action failing

Thanks for the report - Until now I've been moving these manually and added the action recently.

I know it needs some attention, but I'm waiting until the latest (heavy) changes are known stable before working on this further.
