NPE for debugging of implicit iterator variables #45

Similar to implicit self-variables (already solved), the debugging of implicit iterator variables causes a NPE during debugging.

Associated test case: org.dresdenocl.debug.test.unit.TestDebugItators.testImplicitIteratorVariable01()
