show-delay only work once #141

Adding show-delay to Tooltip options only work once. After first show the tooltips are shown instantly on hover.
Show-delay set in TooltipOptions in module. (Works as expected if attribute is set in HTML)

Angular: 11.2.6
ng2-tooltip-directive: 2.9.22
