Tooltip doesn't repositsion when dynamic content changes tooltip size #152

When dynamic content loads to tooltip whilst it's open, tooltip expands as expected, but because size changed now tooltip ancor is no longer pointing to the correct spot. Would expect tooltip to repositsion if neccarry.
