Auto update accounts when opening the application

How can I auto update accounts when I open the app automatically? without click on refresh button, there is some parameter that can I add to do that?

Currently, there is no such option. Your suggestion will be considered when making v2.0. Development on version 2 has currently stopped as I've lost interest in csgo so I can not give you an ETA when it will (if ever) come out.
