[Suggestion] Supporting PostgreSQL psql command line client

Hi, Team,

hstr is really a great friend for living with command line environment, thanks for your great work.

It would be great to extend its functionality to support other cli tools that also supports Ctrl+R such as PostgreSQL built-in command cli tool psql.

This client also has a history file located in $HOME/.psql_history, which is totally mimicking bash_history file.

So I guess it might be possible to extend hstr to support such tool.
