Feature request: Add option to display Song information on playback state change #324

Hi!

I have a suggestion, coming from the good old days of me using foobar.

Could you please add an option to enable "Display song information on playback state change"?
Meaning, display it briefly when:

The song changes
The playback is stopped
The playback is resumed

Also, would probably be useful to have a slider to set the timeout of the pop-up.
