But don't waste your time reading it, as it only covers wireless earphones ... 🤦‍♂️ useless.
I prefer wired for the simple reason: No EMF (bluetooth rays) zapping my brain.

Note: I use wireless Bluetooth headphones all day at my desk but at night I want wired. 🎧

Recently I've been using a pair of shure se215 that I got on Black Friday 2021.
They are good but definitely not low profile so not ideal for sleep.

I've had good results with Sennheiser in the past but my last pair died a few years ago.
They are good because they're low-profile; i.e. you can sleep on the ear that has the earphone in.
