Adding GPG Encryption for incommoding messages would be a neat feature for enhanced security & privacy. It would be most secure on the clients-side, e.g.using https://openpgpjs.org/ . But in that case we would loose the lightweight interface without JavaScript.
Maybe a mixture of methods could be possible. If JS is available in the browser, encrypt it on the client side and if not do it at the backend or don't to it.
But that's just an random idea.
