Expected behavior

If I want to port a customized version of Fast-DDS to an earlier version of MINIX 3, which version of Fast-DDS would be better to choose?
It is known that this version of MINIX 3 does not support the pthread threading module, but it has a self-developed user-space thread management library with an interface similar to pthread.
