CRDB Installation

The CRDB is a subject based interface to the data in CUFTS. You will need a functional CUFTS install before proceeding.

 cd /var/www/CUFTS
 chown -R www-data:www-data CRDB/root/

Edit /usr/local/CUFTS/httpd.conf and add the following to the PerlSwitches line:

 -I/usr/local/CUFTS/CRDB/lib

Then place the following at the bottom of the file:

 PerlLoadModule CUFTS::CRDB
 <Location /CRDB>
 SetHandler modperl
 PerlResponseHandler CUFTS::CRDB
 </location>

Restart Apache

 service apache2 restart

Your CRDB should now be available at:

 http://server.institution.edu/CRDB/sitekey/
