Improve useability for default location of .tezos-client #5

The role configures everything to put the .tezos-client directory in /data/client

We should either move this to somewhere more logical, or create default config for tezos-client or a combo of both.

Putting a README in /home/tezos within the docker container with hints would also be nice. Or using motd but I don't know if docker containers do motd easily.
