Teleport on elytra flight

Trying to track down a rather strange bug. Just a single user, in their own TARDIS (in other user's Tardis...es... this doesn't trigger) will teleport when they deploy their elytra. MV reports that it is a teleport caused by 'PLUGIN'. I tried tracking it through Luckperms, he has all requested permissions. Just trying to get help tracking it down.

They teleport to the MV spawn for their Tardis. not the location that /tardisteleport takes you, which lead me to check MV to begin with.

Shouldn't this only apply if we are in a shared world? Right now we are in separate worlds, so flying from one Tardis to another isn't possible.
