Copper golem resurrection in Tardis World

I think I hit on something to check into, I am guessing it is intentional, but wanted to be sure.

Specifically scraping oxidation off of a copper golem statue to turn it back into a copper golem results in the golem being deleted. spawning a copper golem with a spawn egg is fine, the building method appears to be blocked.

Not intentional, but the BUILD_COPPERGOLEM, and REANIMATE spawn reasons need to be added to TARDISSpawnListener.java
