Describe the feature request

I've been experimenting with animated textures for the Custom Model Police Boxes, it makes for a smoother materialisation animation. I've achieved the below by making the Stained and Trans the same model

So, my request is;

  • Add an alternate de/materialisation animation where only 2 states are used, Solid, and Phasing.

  • Landing: Phasing model for the entire materialisation process, then change to the Solid model around a second before the TARDIS finishes landing.

  • Takeoff: The Solid model should stay for 2 seconds after the handbrake is pulled, then for the remainder of the animation use the "Phasing" model

This could be a config option between using the default "3 step" materialisation used currently, and the new "Animated" config file which uses predicate 1021 as a model with the animated texture

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently I've replaced the trans and glass model textures with the same animated texture but because the materialisation animation goes back to the solid model it doesn't fully work on slower speeds
