Minimal version of VSCode is 1.82 (not 1.67)

Hello,

It is possible to install the langium extension on an old version of VSCode(1.79.2) but when opening a langium file I have the error The language client requires VS Code version ^1.82.0 but received version 1.79.2.

In package.json, the minimal version of vscode is marked as 1.67.

There is a similar issue with vscode-cpptool which seems related to vscode-languageclient version:

Ah, I see. Yeah, that likely happened due to the vscode-languageclient version. I have yet to release the VS Code extension for Langium 4.1.0, so I might update the requires vscode version (or lower the vscode-languageclient version) before doing that.
