Attempting to use the new Docker Tooling 5.18.0 results in a ping connection failure and no further actions are possible. This is tested with new Eclipse 2025-03.

A new 5.18.1 release has been made with docker-client 9.0.3 which falls back to using httpclient 4. Updating via the Linux Tools update-docker site will fix the problem.
