The AIX jdk25 Semeru release isn't going to work on the openj9 machine configurations we currently have since it needs the 17.1 C++ Runtime. We can either try to stick with jdk24 for now, or use 25 but get AIX from a nightly build, as we were doing before.

Either works for me, but allowing jdk24 may require less manual work, assuming the AIX build machines can be updated before upstream code in jdknext starts using features not supported by jdk24. I'll open a pull request to allow jdk24.

We are actively trying to update the AIX machines, but there are some obstacles. We do have a machine with the 17.1 runtime, but it doesn't yet work to do compilation. Plus once we start using it, the resulting JVM will only run with machines with 17.1, and there are only two so far.
