Description

Move IAM seeding job from portal backend repo to portal-iam repository

Prerequisite: eclipse-tractusx/portal-backend#611

Benefits

  • More transparency and easier understanding as the code is stored and maintained in the same repository where it's used
  • Clearer delineation between Portal and IAM
