Compatibility with EDC `0.11.x` (Saturn) not tested completely

Current Behavior

Because of several errors we encountered in the Connector when testing:

• Management API between Jupiter and Saturn has changed, no documentation found tractusx-edc#2288
• Access Policies require cx-policy:access to work, even when referenced as access policies with old format. tractusx-edc#2285
• Discovery Endpoint /management/v4alpha/connectordiscovery/dspversionparams not working tractusx-edc#2286

#170 will introduce this changes.

We were not fully able to test and implement the Saturn features.
The Tractus-X SDK has implemented the Saturn APIs and protocol references with the version v0.5.0. However they could not be tested fully. So only Jupiter is working 100% with consumption and provision.

Expected Behavior

Test the new SDK v0.5.0 with the EDC 0.11.x, when the endpoints from the connector work again.
